My name is Mrs Grant-Jones, and I am delighted to introduce myself as the new Headteacher of Oxton St Saviour’s. It is a real privilege to join such a vibrant and caring school community, and I am truly excited to begin working alongside the wonderful children, dedicated staff, and supportive families and wider community. Throughout my career, I have been passionate serving children and their families, helping every child thrive—spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally—and I believe that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and inspired each day they come to school.  This is something that I will continue in my role as Headteacher.

I am committed to building on the school’s many strengths and ensuring that the children at Oxton St Saviour’s receive the highest quality education and care. I will support our talented staff in delivering excellent teaching and learning, and I believe that working closely with families and the wider community is key to our children’s success. I’m also looking forward to strengthening our links with the Church and local schools as we grow in faith and love together. Looking ahead, my vision is for Oxton St Saviour’s to be a place where every child feels confident to achieve their best, where our Christian values are lived out daily, and where our school remains at the heart of the community.

I will be hosting informal meet-and-greet sessions to get to know you better and hear your thoughts about the school - I hope you’ll join me for a cup of tea and a chat. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the school office if you have any questions or ideas—or simply want to say hello. I am very much looking forward to working with you.
